How is vitamin K2 best absorbed?

Vitamin K2 is fat-soluble and is therefore best absorbed together with fats. Our drops are dissolved in MCT oil from coconut, which significantly increases bioavailability. They can be taken on their own or together with a meal.

How long does a bottle last?

One bottle contains approx. 1700 drops. If used daily, this is enough for 340 days.

Is the product suitable for vegans?

Yes, AlpenPower vitamin K2 drops are 100% vegan. They contain no animal ingredients, no gelatine, no lactose and are free from gluten, soy or artificial additives.

Can I also combine the drops with other food supplements?

Yes, especially the combination with vitamin D3 makes sense. There are also no known interactions in combination with magnesium or omega-3 fatty acids. However, if you are unsure, we recommend consulting a doctor or therapist.

Can vitamin K2 be taken permanently?

Yes, vitamin K2 can generally be taken permanently, provided the dosage is within the recommended range.
