Preparation as a shake

Add 30 g (approx. 3 tablespoons) of protein powder to 300 ml of milk, plant-based drink or water and mix with a shaker or blender. Pour in the liquid first, then the protein.

Needs getting used to

It tastes completely different to conventional products. It doesn't taste bad, it tastes natural. You have to get used to it, especially with chocolate. I was surprised at the difference. Comparable to extremely sweet chocolate and dark chocolate.
With water it was too bitter for me. Sorry even if it is meant to be
