Preparation as a shake

Add 20-30 g (approx. 2-3 tablespoons) of powder to 300 ml of plant drink (oat drink, coconut drink, rice drink, etc.) or water and then mix with a shaker or blender. Pour in the liquid first, then the powder.

Recipe tip: Blend 300 ml oat drink, 30 g hemp protein, 1 banana and a pinch of cinnamon in a smoothie blender.

Possible applications

The classic shake is an efficient source of protein, but it is not the only way to get protein from food. The powder is also ideal as an addition to smoothies, bowls, porridges or yoghurt.
