Preparation

Preparation as a shake

Add 30 g (approx. 3 tablespoons) of powder to 300 ml of plant-based drink (oat drink, coconut drink, rice drink, etc.) or water and then mix with a shaker or blender. Pour in the liquid first, then the powder. For more flavor, optionally refine with banana, berries or nut butter.

Recipe tip: Blend 300 ml oat drink, 30 g rice protein, 1 banana and 1 handful of frozen berries in a smoothie blender.

Possible applications

The classic shake is an efficient source of protein, but it is not the only way to get protein from food. The powder is also ideal as an addition to smoothies, bowls, porridges, etc.
