Consumption recommendation

Depending on your energy requirements and activity level, 1-2 portions a day - ideal before training, for breakfast or as a filling snack between meals.
Preparation

Preparation as a shake & smoothie

For one portion, simply mix 30-50 g of organic oat powder (approx. 3-5 tablespoons) with 200-300 ml of water, milk or plant-based drink in a shaker or blender. Ideal as a quick meal or snack - on its own or in combination with protein powder, fruit or nuts.

Tip: Also perfect for thickening smoothies, porridge, pancakes or as an ingredient in baking. The mild nutty note gives your recipes a natural sweetness and a creamy consistency.

Organic oat powder

Their drinking oats are now my favorite daily milk substitute for breakfast cereals. The only drawback is the packaging: the packaging is oversized and does not make a particularly ecological (recyclable) impression as an aluminum-plastic combination. A 2 kg container would also be desirable to avoid waste. Otherwise: High praise!

Simply perfect!
A great source of energy for long sessions. Gluten-free too and in organic quality. Not easy to find.

Unfortunately, the oat milk made with this powder is not suitable for drinking pure without filtering it, as the powder is quite coarse and does not dissolve completely. Small oat flake particles remain, which scratch the throat when drinking.
The filtering process through a cloth or a fine sieve is not a solution for me (either it doesn't run through properly or the filter is too coarse and the tiny particles remain). If you make your own oat milk from oat flakes, you get the same result - only much cheaper.
I am looking for an oat powder that I can use to mix oat milk to save on packaging and without having to filter it, and I was hoping for a better result with this powder. I can always use the powder for Bircher muesli.
