Before training/competition: Dissolve 30-50 g of maltodextrin in 300-500 ml of water or juice approx. 30-60 minutes before starting to optimally replenish your carbohydrate stores.

During prolonged exercise (>60 min): Take approx. 30 g dissolved in water every 30-45 minutes to maintain constant energy and performance.

After training: Take 40-60 g within the first 30 minutes after exercise together with a protein source to support regeneration and glycogen replenishment.

Recommended intake for strength athletes

Before training: Optionally 20-30 g maltodextrin with water or a pre-workout shake to support energy availability.
