Consumption recommendation

The protein intake depends on your personal (sporting) goal, 1-3 portions daily:

In the morning, for the fastest possible supply of nutrients
Directly after strength training, to support regeneration and muscle building
Before endurance training, increases the availability of amino acids

Preparation

Mix two scoops (20 g) with 500-600 ml water in a shaker and leave to rest for 3-5 minutes until the foam settles and, if necessary, pour into a glass. Top up with water if necessary. Caution: Increased pressure possible due to shaking.

The powder dissolves well; I tolerate it well, and the taste is okay—not very sweet. However, the packaging is very impractical. The clips on the bag don't hold or close well; a can would be more practical. The powder is very dusty and sticky.

Ich hab ewig nach einem Clear Protein gesucht, das gut schmeckt und von dem ich nicht danach Bauchschmerzen bekomme (vermutlich von irgendwelchen Süssstoffen oderso). Das hier vertrage ich wirklich gut und es schmeckt so “normal” nach einem Softdrink, dass ich sogar meinen Vater, der wirklich haglich ist und sonst kein anderes Proteinpulver von mir angenommen hat, davon überzeugt habe.
