Consumption recommendation

Recommended intake for endurance athletes
Before training/competition:
Dissolve 30-50 g of Cluster Dextrin in 300-500 ml of water or juice approx. 30-60 minutes before the start to efficiently replenish carbohydrate stores.

During longer workouts (>60 min):
Take approx. 30 g of Cluster Dextrin dissolved in water every 30-45 minutes to maintain constant energy and performance - without stomach strain.

After training:
Within the first 30 minutes after exercise, take 40-60 g of Cluster Dextrin together with a protein source to promote recovery and quickly replenish glycogen stores.

Recommended intake for strength athletes

Before training:
Optionally take 20-30 g of Cluster Dextrin with water or a pre-workout shake - for constant energy availability during intensive training sessions.

After training (post-workout):
Consume 30-50 g of Cluster Dextrin together with a whey protein shake to target the insulin response and rapidly replenish glycogen stores - ideal for muscle building and recovery.
